Born on May 15,1980.
Graduated in Law at the Università degli Studi of Pavia (110 cum laude), she was admitted to the Bar in 2007.
She focuses on corporate and insolvency law. She has gained extensive experience in business consultancy, contractual matters and in extraordinary transactions, especially in the field of acquisitions. She also represents companies in insolvency procedures such as composition with creditors, debt restructuring agreements and certified plans.
She received her PhD in Civil Procedure Law at the Università degli Studi of Milan and she contributes to the website Giuffrè Il Fallimentarista.
