Born on November 23, 1963
After graduating in Law (110 cum laude) at the Università degli Studi of Milan, he was admitted to the Bar in 1992.
He focuses on corporate and insolvency law. He has extensive experience in advising businesses and financial intermediaries, as well as in contractual matters and extraordinary transactions, especially in the area of acquisitions. He also assists companies in the area of crisis and insolvency regulation instruments, as well as in asset and business acquisitions from insolvency proceedings.
He is enrolled in the Register of Experts for the negotiated settlement of insolvencies and holds, by appointment of the Court, the position of judicial commissioner, judicial liquidator and trustee in insolvency proceedings.
Formerly a member of the Supervisory Body of a leading credit institute, he assists companies for the purposes of the Organizational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
He is a lecturer in the Level II Master’s program (University of Bergamo) in “Business Crisis and Corporate Restructuring” and a speaker at conferences organized by associations and organizations in the professional and business world.
He cooperates with the website IlFallimentarista.it, Giuffrè where he published, in 2022, the essay “Negotiated settlement and resolution tools under the bankruptcy law”. He also authored “The liability of directors, statutory auditors and auditors in light of the new Corporate Crisis Code” (in the Proceedings of the Conference of December 6, 2019 of the Notarial Council of Bergamo), “The protection of minority shareholders in public companies”, in “Shareholders’ Protection” – (edited by G. Berta, Giappichelli, 2008) and “The market for the non-quoted and non-negotiated titles in the limited market ” (in “The Companies”, 1995, 449), as well as the monographs: “The financial market for small and medium companies and the right of ruled markets” (Giuffrè, 1995) and “The institution of the financial market for small and medium companies” (Servizi Industriali Editore, 1995).
